SCOTT DUBIEL – Spring Sales Manager

Scott Dubiel comes to Rogers Sports Marketing with more than 20 years of experience in the Sporting Goods Industry.  Scott’s most recent experience includes 14 years of sales and field marketing experience with Pure Fishing.  Prior to working for Pure Fishing, Scott spent 7 years working in sales, marketing, and research and development for the Acushnet Company – Titleist Golf.  Scott attended Florida Southern College with studies in marketing and represents Rogers Sports Marketing on the East Coast of Florida and from Jacksonville to the Florida Keys.

ALLEN PACE - Fall Sales Manager

From Tallahassee, FL., Allen brings a combination of an extreme passion for the outdoors with 30+ years of outdoor industry experience (including retail, professional sales/marketing and brand management).  Cultivating opportunity while strengthening core business based on individual account needs and industry trends have always been his goal, ensuring growth for clients and manufacturers alike.  In addition to hunting and offshore fishing with family and friends, Allen enjoys collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals with common goals and values.

BRIAN KELLER – Salesman 

Brian Keller attended Western Carolina University with studies in Marketing. Brian has been in the Sporting Goods Industry for 16 years. Brian’s experience includes being a distributor salesman for five years and a manufacturer’s representative for eleven years.  Brian has experience selling a variety of sporting goods products related to: hunting, fishing, firearms and accessories, knives, camping and archery. Brian serves South Carolina and Western North Carolina.  Brian’s key accounts include Smokey Mountain Knife Works & Blue Ridge Knives.

Kevin Benton - Salesman

Kevin comes to RSM with a sales career of over 20+ years in the Alabama, and Panhandle territories.  Mr. Benton will continue to service and work with his customers he has cultivated to grown over the last 2 decades.  We are very excited to have Kevin on the team.  Mr. Benton’s rock-solid relationships with all wholesalers and dealers in the region will benefit all our vendor partners.  His willingness to go the extra mile for his customers has set Kevin apart in the industry.

Rodney Sahr - Salesman

Rodney's passion for the outdoors began at a young age, fishing for a wide range of species throughout North and Central America. He has brought this passion throughout his long career in the industry working with brands like Columbia Sportswear, Normark and Huk.  Rodney has worked in the outdoor industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge and contacts in fall goods, soft goods, and fishing.  He has experience in running large sales teams and working with multi-door retailers. He takes pride in his relationships and reputation throughout the industry.

Chris Tatum - Salesman

Chris grew up in southeastern North Carolina where he developed a passion for the outdoors. This passion turned into a career which began as a mate and captain on sportfishing boats based in North Carolina and eventually traveling to multiple well-known sportfishing destinations. When Chris was not on the water he was in the woods as the head guide for a large outfitter based in North Carolina targeting whitetails, turkeys, and bears. This experience has helped Chris build, maintain and grow relationships with clients, all while gaining a vast knowledge of sporting goods products used in the outdoor industry over the last 10+ years.
